i bought this reel from john last year also. he helped me out when i couldnt decide what reel i wanted to get. i told him i was intrested in this reel and explained what kind of fly fishing i would be doing. after that he said this is the reel for me. im very pleased with my purchase and probably will never buy another reel. its so smooth when reeling and has a very nice loud click. haha i like that. there are not many parts in it so there is even less to break and clean. its also very light in the hand. and you cant go wrong with the life-time warranty!

thanks for the purchase of a great Abel product, Abel is coming up as a major contender here in the Northland. I own a Super 7 for the steelhead and salmon in Alaska as well as locally here on the Brule and Northshore, it performs perfectly!!!
